Pass Options at boot time
 
Hello,
I am trying to enable SCSI emulator in my kernel that came with Slackware9.1. it says that i have to put htis line in hdx=scsi. and it sayst that i need to pass this at boot time. i dont knwo how to do this, if anyone can help me that would be great

Add it to your lilo.conf file in /etc

Should go something like this if its like a burner you need the scsi emulation for:

/dev/hdX = ide-scsi

X is the actual letter of the device your using, like /dev/hdc
