Packages installed twice on x86_64

I just installed FC6 x86_64 on my opteron system and rpm is reporting that every package has been installed twice. I installed as a new install, wiping out the previous partitions and everything. I was trying to update a package when I discoverd this and "rpm -qa | sort" shows every package is installed twice. Same exact versions and all. Anybody seen this before or know how to fix it?

Thanks, -ed

I have a FC6 on an Intel x86_64 and many packages seems to installed twice, expecially the libs. These are known as multilib packages: one is 32bit version and one is 64bit version. My system works very well, anyway!
