I am partial to LimeWire, easy install, works good. And Azureus for torrents.

I just got giFT up and running a few minutes ago, with fasttrack and it seems OK. A little strange to setup, but its pretty good. I use giFT-curses for the UI client, and can't seem to find the webpage to download giFT-fasttrack right now. I hope its just temporary. I'm gonna test out the gift-donkey plugin tonite too. Gnutella doesnt seem to work for me yet, but I just gotta play around a bit more.
