OSS that will record telephone conversations

I'm looking for a simple program that would use a voice modem to start recording as soon as the reciever has been picked up from another end of the line.

Please Note this is strictly for use in an office and all employees are aware of the fact that their converstaions are being recorded.

Nope. But I did find a very cheap device that you could hook up to a parallel line. It starts to record when the receiver is picked up on the other end. Later I found a newer version of the same thing that would even decode the dial tone.

I don't have access to it right now to give you more details. Will find out if you're interested.
