I updated my kernal to 2.4.21 and OSS seems to work for a while and then all of a sudden stop. I try turning off and on but when I turn it on it says:
Notice: Your current kernal has been compiled without module versioning. Full kernel compatibility cannot be reliably verified.

OSS not installed properly.

I then try to reinstall it but it can't download the image or whatever to install it and then I try get the installer to compile my kernal locally and it dosen't work. So, is there a way to make this work or is there another output driver I can use?
