operating fedora 17 using livecd
 

Hi all,
I am using fedora 17 using livecd. It opeartes well. Can I install and use Gnuradio or ns2 using livecd mode. If yes, please suggest how?

Hello,

So you're booting from the CD and running Fedora 17 in LiveCD mode as the liveuser I guess. Well, you can install Gnuradio or any software you like when in LiveCD mode but you need to keep in mind that nothing gets saved in 'live' mode, which means that whatever you install or configure will be lost across reboots. About the how... The same way you would do it in a normal Fedora installation, by using yum.
