[SOLVED] openssl-1.0.0e install

We need to upgrade our openssl to openssl-1.0.0e. I've been searching and searching the 'net trying to find the proper procedures for this, and I simply can't find anything on how to do this properly, and if there is anything else that needs to be done besides what is in the instructions included in the .tar file.

Well it wasn't really solved, I just realized after I posted this, that my issue was not with the install after all, it's something else. I'd rather have deleted the post but didn't see a way to do that. I apologize if this wasn't the proper way of doing things.

Well what was the problem? And once you post, you can not delete it, unless you nicely ask a moderator
