OpenOffice.org QuickStarter?

This package is installed, yet I don't see anything in the notification area, nor could I determine from a breakdown of files included with this package, how to launch the QuickStarter feature.

Start the program, go to: Tools-->Options-->OpenOffice.org-->Memory. There's a check box to use the Quickstart option.
