Openoffice 2.0 crash on SUSE 9.3

I'm using suse 9.3 right now, and the built in OpenOffice 2.0.

The problem is while writing something (using the openoffice word processor).. it froze up.. so I killed it, then afterwards, when I try to run , it prompted me that it was not able to recover the file, and there were two options, to recover or not. I chose to revoer, but it crashed. I knew becuase bug buddy came out. I tried it again, this time cancellng the recovery, it stil crashed, and there's bug buddy again.

The funny thing is , Openoffice is not included in the bugbuddy list of apps..

so..anybody knows how to fix this? where does it save the temp file ? I've been searching for it the the OOo* directories, but can't find anything . I'm pretty sure that it's just a minor bug, and I got Openoffice to run agian when using a different shell to login.

So, what's the fix for this ? where do I find the temp file, so I can just delete it? or better, how do I desable recovery on starting up ( but I'd like to do this just for this time)

openoffice 2.0 is beta now, and is not crashing that often. Try installing the beta. Try looking into the options(tools menu) for recovery problems.

thats actually one of my problems since I can't run any openoffice apps anymore. Whenever I start one, it'll always show me that recovery thing, and it stays there. If I choose to either to start or cancel the recovery, the bug buddy appears, which indicates a bug.

Do you know where the temporary files ( the files for recovery) are stored? or is there a way I can configure openoffice through the command line?
