OpenLDAP in Ubuntu/Debian

Hi!

I am having difficulty installing OpenLDAP on Ubuntu 6.06. Why doesn't Ubuntu have the package for OpenLDAP? I also can't find the packages for Berkeley Database, Cyrus SASL...I really need to install this on debian and to test if it is suitable in our organization. Can someone please point me on how to install it? Thanks.
