Online storage service compatible with Linux?

I've been a Linux user for a couple of years now, but have briefly switched over to Windows 7 to try the Beta. I'm now ready to go back, and although I currently have a Linux distro dual-booting on my system, I'd like to wipe the system clean. While I have a few external USB peripherals and a DVD writer, I honestly would feel more comfortable backing my files up to some sort of online storage service. Does anyone have any links to an online storage service that is compatible with Linux?

Any online file storage site that uses FTP would work.
