Olympus camera drivers for linux?

Does anyone know where I can get a usb driver for the Olympus C-211 Digital Printing camera? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Danny

Hmm, I would think that after 30 posts you would know enough not to multi-post the same questions. I chose to answer the software thread.

What kind of media? If CF, just buy a CF reader and then mount it. Many posts here on that. There are also already at least 40 Olympus drivers installed on your system available though your standard Digital Camera software. Try various ones. For some cameras, the protocol drivers chance little and many work. I have a nikkon 990, and all the 900 drivers talk to the camera fine.

First hit on a google.com/linux search took me to this site which states your camera is fully supported: http://photopc.sourceforge.net/

Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it. As far as the double post goes, I normally post on the software forum, and after posting, I figured it should go in the hardware forum. It was not intentional. Cheers.

In the future if you post in the wrong forum, report it to the moderator of that forum and they will have it moved. Regards.
