old question but no definitive answer (iptables and insmod)
I finally got a version of module-init-tools installed, 3.0pre8, but there are still some residual errors or failures that pop up. My method of installation went,
I think everything worked out well because I can "/sbin/depmod (or lsmod, insmod, modprobe) -V and it reports that version 3.0 of mod-init-tools is installed. Is there a better location that I could've placed the module-init-tools? Thanks in advance folks
RH9.0, 2.6.1 kernel
