NX quality is poor

Hi,
I've spent most of the night getting NX up and running. I love the speed compared to VNC, but the quality could be better. It is very difficult for me to read the text on the screen. Check out the screen shot of what I'm seeing and let me know if this is normal for NX or if there's some configuration I can change to improve it.

Thanks,
Ben

The NX client has visual quality control settings, have you checked them?

I didn't see any quality settings. Which tab are they under? Do you know what they're labeled?
