Question NVM Non-Nolatile Memory access component (API)

Is there any package that provides APIs for the developer/user to write their file/data to Non-volatile Memory such as flash? Basically, I want parts of my file system running on RAM while for those data which requires high security/needs to keep, I want to write them into flash. How would I be able to do these in my program?
