Nvidia driver.. Installation problems
Hi All,
I recently downloaded the "NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-5336-pkg1.run" for my Linux box ( RH9 ) I installed the driver and rebooted X. All seemed fine, or at least I still had X which was a plus, ( also checked the X86 log, and no errors there ?? ) only problem is I cannot run GL games of any sort ( Bzflag and so on...). I read the readme and I altered the X86 file, replacing "nv" with nvidia and so on. It all seems fine apart, from it doesn't work  Am I missing something, can anybody help :p Many thanks in advance... deft |
Did you remove the # from the front of the line
# Load "glx" in the file /etc/X11/XF86Config so it reads Load "glx" |
Sorry for the SIze
Cheers Andrew I got it. working somehow ( not quite sure how )
