ns2.34:problem in running make.

hi everyone,
i am using ns2.34 in ubuntu 10.10 on vmware . I have made a new file named tcpmyfile.c and i have included it in the makefile as "tcp/tcpmyfile.o" . but whenever i run make in terminal it gives out the result as this
->>make: *** No rule to make target `tcp/linux/mytcp.o', needed by `ns'. Stop.

any suggestions would do.

Looks like a typo.

Are you sure that the Makefile says 'tcp/tcpmyfile.o' ?
It's asking for 'tcp/linux/mytcp.o'.
Or is there actually a new file by name "tcp/linux/mytcp.cc" ? ?

thnks a lot but ........
i am doing the linux implementation of ns2 hence i need to write the file in .c and then change the makefile to get the results.
any other suggestions as to why the error might crop up...

... So which files did you add ? ? Please list them all.

tcp/tcpmyfile.cc ?
tcp/linux/mytcp.cc ? Or ?
