Hi,

Has anyone used NS Workbench for NS2 before?

It seems like I have to modify the tcl script the generator creates in order for the tcl script to work.

Also, I am getting this error when I try to run the simulation straight from the nsBench application:


"Error executing program: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "/home/ygao\ns": java.io.IOException: error=2, No such file or directory"

I think the problem has to do with opening up ns2.
I saved the .jar file and ns-allinone-2.34 in the same directory (/home/ygao)


I am using Ubuntu 10.04 LTS and NS2 2.34

May be : cd ns-allinone-2.34/ns-2.34/
# make install
.. which will install one file = the executable ns to /usr/local/bin

May be also copy 'ns' to /home/ygao/
.. seems it's being looked for there ?
