Question Noob Wine question - Please help!

Hey all,
I have a working wine instalation configured with the Sidenet wine config. utility and running IE and Office 2000.

The only annoyance is that the "My Documents" folder on the windows c drive is different than my home folder... so everytime I save something, I have to copy it from the windows folder to my Linux home folder. Is there any way to change it so that the default My Documents folder is a drive itself which I can link to my Linux home folder?

For example, I create a link as drive "F:" to my home folder, so how do I change it so that the My Documents is not C:\My documents or c:\windows\profiles\(user)\My documents, but F:\ instead. (I suppose this is more of a windows question than a linux one).

$ ln -s ~/.wine/drive_c/My\ Documents/ ~/windocs

will create a link in your home directory (named 'windocs' so change to anything you fancy) to your 'My Documents' folder in wine windows.

Agh... that didn't work. Microsoft word doesn't see the folder and defaults to the "C" drive. Is there a way to change something in the registry to make the "My Documents" folder the "F:/" drive?

Oh, nevermind. I figured it out. Just make a small registry change.
