Exclamation Noob needs help with PHLAK

I need help with PHLAK. I just got it on CD not to long ago, and I'm not sure how to use it. I really dont know what does what, and what is the main purpose to it. You could even direct me to a website that could help me. All help is welcomed.
THANKS
