nomachine timeout

i've installed nomachine's apps on a fedora based pc.
so far so good, the problem is that i can't connect to it across the internet.
it just sits there and the i get a connection timeout. but locally i can connect to it, no problems.
any ideas for what might be happening?
i've been searching a little more about this...and checked /var/log/secure.
one particular entry caught my attention

Quote:
Mai 28 21:10:55 localhost sshd[1582]: Server listening on :: port 22.
Mai 28 21:10:55 localhost sshd[1582]: error: Bind to port 22 on 0.0.0.0 failed: Address already in use.

could this be related to it???

help would be appreciated.

thanks in advance
