To access internet using Nokia phones you just need option or pl2302 as driver, you do not need any PC Suite.

Just plug USB cable to your phone at one end and another end at your PC...select PC Suite on your Nokia screen.

use either KPPP or Gnome-PPP or wvdial to make internet connection.

Anyway, you might want to check gnokii instead.

there are options on Nokia phone after plugging USB cable to the PC that read

Code:
Select Mode:
  Media Player
  PC Suite
  Data Transfer
you need to select PC Suite or similar.

If there is no option just check your dmesg...if there is any message concerning modem attached, like this

Code:
[ 5528.759058] usb 2-1: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 3
[ 5528.918329] usb 2-1: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
[ 5529.730520] cdc_acm 2-1:1.8: ttyACM0: USB ACM device
[ 5529.733883] usbcore: registered new interface driver cdc_acm
[ 5529.733973] cdc_acm: v0.26:USB Abstract Control Model driver for USB modems and ISDN adapters
modem will show up as ttyUSB0 or ttyACM0

PS: we need to make sure the phone is detected as modem first before making any internet connection
