no icons in thunar when using fluxbox in slackware 12.1
 

Hi.Im using slackware 12.1 with fluxbox.I like the thunar file manager but it shows no icons when running under fluxbox.When in xfce the icons are visible.Anyone any idea how to get it to show its icons under fluxbox.Cheers.

make sure you have a valid .gtkrc file. Alternatively try putting

xfce-mcs-manager &

in your .fluxbox/startup file logout/login and then use xfce-setting-show to set your
theme and icons.

I added xfce-mcs-manager & to my .fluxbox/startup and it worked like a charm.Im now a very happy chappie.Thanks so much for your help.
