I had RedHat 7.1 installed and I upgraded to 7.2. During the installation I was asked if I wanted to change the bootloader to GRUB but I decided to leave it booting how it was before.
Anyway now there is no bootloader and I have to use a startup disk!
So I threw the installation CD back in and tried to install again but it took ages and then said that 'cos I wasn't making enough kernel changes it wasn't going to bother changing the bootloader!!!!
How can I force it to install GRUB?
Will inserting a SCSI card and CDR cause enough kernel changes for the install to work?
Am I missing something obvious?
Thanks,
Tim
