nmap -sS -P0 -O -PI -p- -v <ipaddress>

-sS is for stealth scan -p- is for all ports that are to be scaned -v verbose. Most important one...

Code:
man nmap

Why do you want info on a closed port? If it's closed it's not being used. nmap is a tool to list ports that are open and listening. If it's closed that port is doing nothing, therefor there's no other info to be reported.

Taken from my nmap...

"All 1659 scanned ports on localhost (127.0.0.1) are: closed"

so there's no info to provide you with except for the fact that they are "closed" and not being used.
