NFS questions

Hi there..i'm running gentoo but i believe you don't have to be running the same os to answer my question.
The output of
Code:
softmachine linux # grep NFS .config
is
Code:
CONFIG_NFS_FS=m
CONFIG_NFS_V3=y
# CONFIG_NFS_V3_ACL is not set
# CONFIG_NFS_V4 is not set
# CONFIG_NFS_DIRECTIO is not set
# CONFIG_NFSD is not set
CONFIG_NFS_COMMON=y
Am i right in thinking that this is enough to run an NFS client.Thankx in advance
