Hello,
I got a Fedore 2 - Client on which nfs-Client and Acidrip is installed. I mounted 2 nfs-shares. The server is using Debian 3r3. My /etc/fstab on the client:
- server-ip:/mnt/hda1 /mnt/share nfs users,rw 0 0
server-ip:/mnt/hda2 /mnt/share2 nfs users,rw 0 0
Well, everything runs well. I can write on these shares with the client, I can copy files on the shares (as normal user as well). But when I try to rip a DVD with acidrip to /mnt/share2 acidrip always messages:
Cannot open output file '/mnt/share2/holidays_maldives.avi'.
I'm running acidrip as normal user and I guess that should function. The DVD-files are on /mnt/share/... and I want to rip that shit to avi on /mnt/share2/... .
What problem does my acidrip have? I can't explain that tricky thing. Please help me.
Every hint will be appreciated.
BTW: Encoding to local partitions runs well ...
