Newly installed programs wont run

Hi,

I just installed msn for linux but when i tried to run it , the following error message was given:

/usr/bin/env: wish: No such file or directory

I have no idea what this wish is and y is it looking for it when amsn has nothing to do with it. Tried to run it both with root and user but same msg was generated, tried updatedb ldconfig none of these work...Any suggestions?? thx

Yeah amsn-0_83.tar.gz, basically the newest version I found on sourceforge.
I untarred it in the home dir of the normal user as I've always done and it used to work before but I had to reinstall my linux (rh 8) and now im missing something in that /usr/bin/env.
I tried to copy the executable to /usr/bin but it still wont work
