Network Monitoring tool?

Hi,

Is there any tool to monitor the network speed and peformance for Linux...
esp Fedora Core 2??

I am using Atheros AR5212 802.11g 54Mbps WireLess Lan Card(PCI). And "madwifi" is the driver. My kernel is 2.6.7-1.494.2.2.

Regards,
unpredictable

One of the most used is Gkrellm:

Big Brother:

Etherape:
http://etherape.sourceforge.net/

And my favorite of them all, the Finnish Torsmo:

Good luck!

Hi again!

Take a look here for the docs, more specifically at the "Configuring" part. I hope it helps :)

also, I had to copy the sample config to my home dir and then tweak it for my system and tastes. Take a look at the file, it's pretty self explanatory. If installing it didn't create a .tosmorc in your home dir, The sample was located (for me) in /usr/share/doc/torsmo-0.17/torsmorc.sample.gz
