Netscape 7.1 problem

Hello,

I installed Netscape 7.1. When I click on the launcher I created for Netscape it opens Netscape without any problem. When I click a second time on the launcher (to open another Netscape window) I get the "Select User Profile"-dialog. In this dialog I click on the "Start Netscape 7.1" button (for this is what I want to do), but I get an error message saying: Netscape 7.1 cannot use the profile "Default User" because it is in use. Please choose another profile or create a new one.

What is the problem: permissions? launcher? Can someone help me out? I'm not planning to create a new Netscape profile everytime I want to open a new browser window...

Thanks,

Koen.

No, it is the way in which netscape is designed.

You just open more tabs in Netscape if you you'd like to surf elsewhere.

This is much better that IE in my opinion.

If you want to open an entirely new window use the hotkey ctrl+N, or go

File -> New -> Navigator Window

The ctrl+n solution is ok! Thanks a lot!

I also think the tabbed browsing is a step beyond IE.

Koen.
