Unhappy netbeans 6.7.1 issue

I am using netbeans 6.7.1 @ centos 5.3 for developing java web app,
But whenever i press Alt-Shift-O to open a file with a given text , then it takes damn lot of time as compare to eclipse or any other platform.
Obv they are using some indexing for that, So anybody tell me how to enable that indexing in netbeans or any other way to improve its speed to open a file with a given text.

Thnx in advance
