Netapplet won't load in XFCE panel?

When I first loaded XFCE netapplet loaded in the system tray. Then I changed my panel around and it did not load anymore. I tried every little applet that runs on the panel to see it would show up there but it didn't. So I created a test user and it did load in the system tray for him? What I wanted to do is start over with the default panel to see where I went wrong. I don't have a ~/.xfce4. I do have xfce4 in ~/.config. I have tried deleting menus, thunar, xfce4 and xfce4-session from the ~/.config but my customized panel always comes back.

Could someone tell me how to get netapplet in my system tray or how to get back to the default panels?

OK, I did get it the way I wanted. I deleted everything from the .config and .cache from command line after I logged out. I did find out, if I delete my system tray and add it again, the netapplet will not come back.
