Need some expert help - Sim65

I'm trying to run a 6502 simulator which I need for my college course. The best one I can find is Sim65 from http://wsxyz.dyndns.org/sim65/.
The program is a single binary, and has a couple of dependancies - WxGTK 2.4.2, and libwx_gtk. I have both of these installed, yet when I try and run the binary with ./sim65, I get the message that I do not have WxGTK installed. When I run rpm -q wxGTK, it tells me that I do have it on my system. Unfortunately, being a linux newbie, I have no idea where to start in sorting this problem. I am using Yoper Linux 2.1, which came with wxGTK.

Can anybody please help me out on this? The binary is only a very small download, so if anybody could download it from the link http://wsxyz.dyndns.org/sim65/ and test it for me, I would be very grateful.

Thanks in advance......
