need snmp syntax to change a community string


trying to install a LINUX snmp agent to monitor applications on my linux box. I have the community name of vtcpublic to put in , but I dont know which line to add it to. Oh yeah i am runing Redhat ES4 update4.


Please help

install a LINUX snmp agent (..) dont know which line to add it to.
Me neither. What is the name of the application you are running?
Did you read the install documentation that came with it?
