Angry Need help with wget command

I am trying to mirror a website but are new to using wget. I have attached the command line I have been using. It downloads some of the web site but not all the info within a middle frame.

C:\Temp\wget>wget --input-file=address.txt --user=aron.ward --password=password --waitretry=10 --mirror --html-extension --include-directories= /fcgi-bin/, /bin
