Need Help with Qmail

I follow step-by-step on the lifewithqmail.org website to setup qmail on my RH8 server at home. But, when I tried to run "qmailctl" I get "Hat: No such file or directory" and just sit at the prompt forever. When I kill the process I get these errors:

Starting qmail
svc: warning: unable to control /service/qmail-send/log: file does not exist
svc: warning: unable to control /service/qmail-smtpd/log: file does not exist

what am I doing wrong? BTW, I got the qmailctl script from lifewithqmail.org.

Please, help......

Somewhere in that guide is the script 'qmailctl' which you need to create and place in (i believe) the /usr/sbin directory. You also need to set the permissions to +x.

I got the script and it's place in /var/qmail/bin directory according to the instruction. My problem is when run the script I get the above errors.

nevermind. I downloaded the script again and this time it work....
