Need APT Redhat 8.0 Binary w/all dependancies

Greetings,

I have a Redhat 8.0 based distro (smoothwall 2.0) server installation that has the minimum installation performed on it. It is being used as a router/firewall. There are a bare minimum of libraries on it and I need to load an FTP server.

Can find nothing that otherwise doesn't require a pile of dependancy code to be loaded as well. Have discovered APT-RPM but it seems to me that the providers of this package leave you in a catch 22 situation. It will find depenancies when you use it... but you can't load it without pre-installing the dependacies it requires.

Does anyone know of a full binary or rpm version of APT that is all inclusive for a Redhat 8.0 distro where I can simply rpm it to the drive and everything will be there?

I'm afraid if this is not available I have no other means of 'loading' additional software to this unit.
