Do you mean a net-install cd/usb?

Or like you wanna add applications/programs to already installed Distro's
over several machines?

Clarify please

If you have the bandwidth, couldn't you just install the apps thru internet from remote machine?
What distro of Linux?

This post is NOT urgent to anyone but you. Do not use the Urgent or similar words in post Subjects. We are all volunteers, if you need Urgent help there are plenty of Paid supprt services that will be glad to help you.

Puppet will allow you to issue a single command and have it execute on multiple machines at once.. Good for administration of a large number of Machines, and can do what you are looking for.

No internet access ? Setup local repositories iwth just the packages you wish to distribute.

A few more options to look at..

CFEngine - http://www.cfengine.org/about.php

Chef - Configuration Management http://wiki.opscode.com/display/chef/Home

(this question was over at slashdot today btw.. I'm sure if you browse the comments you will find even more options to look at.
