Need a grabber script

I want to download from other websites some data and store them into my mysql database.
1. The script should be able to call as a form with post .
2. Extractions of multiple datafield from a single page.
3. If no data, then send alarm.
4. Store to mysql.
5. Triggered by Cron.
Thank you for a tip, Maggi
