Napster only supports Windows!!!!!!!!!

I went to download a song I wanted today on Napster.com only to recieve this message:

"You must be on a PC running Windows XP/2k to download and purchase music or subscribe to Napster."

To say the least, I'm disgusted.

Where can I go to download songs for a dollar each (with no monthly fee)?

iTunes?

PyMusique can connect to the iTunes store and give you DRM free tracks for $.99 each, its also free of monthly fees. However I just found out that Py no longer works though. Maybe Magnatune and AmaroK might work for you, Songbird is another option.

Guess you'll have to use one of the illegal ones and download your songs for free. Write an email to Napster reminding them that you're being forced into this regrettable action.

I'll just find another company to use. Forget Napster.com. They're really going to miss out on a huge market if they don't support Linux soon.
