i have a problem with nagios. I can only click on the Home & Documentation on the side.php. However, i wasnt able to click on anything below it, like current status. The buttons under the Current Status Tab are also not displaying correctly. They are showing codes instead of the button. When i click on it. it will display page cannot be found.
A check on the apache2 log file shows that the "file does not exists: /usr/local/nagios/share<"
I have done a check on my scriptAlias. Despite that, it still didnt work.
Yes, im using a stable release of Nagios, on 3.2.1 so it shouldnt cause any problems.
After installing PHP, i created some plugins for it. and i realized one thing is that the result of these services like checking the available memory, and the default check_swap script reports the exact values through out all the servers.
So it means that nagios are executing the scripts in its localhost instead of these servers, and simply just put in the values.
Okay, thanks for the feedback. Nagios is up and working. Instead of opening another thread, i will post another qn here.
I tried using $SERVICELONGOUTPUT$, it seems that im doing it the wrong way. Any idea, how to do it correctly? I tried google but those documentations aren't really friendly enough.
I have tried to change the $SERVICEOUTPUT$ to $SERVICELONGOUTPUT$ in notify-service-by-email section. Checked the configuration file with no error but it returns only '$' in Additional info. I think it is deprecated.
