N/w card declared as not existing

Hello folks
I have just installed FC7.
When I see in the hardware tab of "Network" I find that there are two network cards present. They are stated as "ok".
But when I try to create a device with each of these cards, it declares that the network card is not present.

Why is it so ? There was no problem in FC6.
Can anyone guide me in this.

Thanks in advance.
