MythTV Setup - How to specify a custom channel changing command/script?

I am following the tutorial found here: http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/AVerMedia_M150-D

I found that the sound does sound "demonic" so I'm trying to implement the custom channel changing command/script as he recommends, I made the script, but I cannot find the option or field in MythTV-Setup where I choose to use it or where to put a command for custom channel changing.

Any help is appreciated.
