mythtv and v4l2 webcam

I'm trying to test out MythTV. I'm running debian squeeze with the debian-multimedia repositories enabled. I have installed most of the mythtv packages. I specifically want to test my webcam with MythTV. My webcam is part of my laptop, and works well, under luvcview/guvcview/ekiga/skype/ etc. This is the 'lsusb' output for the webcam.

Code:
Bus 003 Device 003: ID 05a9:2640 OmniVision Technologies, Inc. OV2640 Webcam
I believe the webcam uses 'v4l2'. When I go to 'MythTV Backend Setup' and try to find a compatible capture card type I cannot. I have tried 'v4l' with no success.

'Analog V4L Capture Card' is what I think is the closest to my setup. Can anyone help, as I don't know how to proceed.

I think the first thing to check is if your webcam creates a /dev/videox device? The Logitech QuickCAM Pro 9000 that I have does and works with MythTV as a frame grabber device I think - been a while since I used it under Myth but it did work.

Hi,

yes, it creates a '/dev/video0'. How do I set it up as a 'frame grabber' device. I don't see that option. I'm looking at the 'MythTV Backend Preferences' right?
