I have a 1TB, NTFS drive with .avi files in separate folders - sdb1
I boot into MythBuntu (natty verion) running MythTv V. 2:0.24

sdb1 is set umask=0 in fstab to ensure that mythtv group has access.

Using the myth TV backend, I have set it to see /media/Movies as a directory containing the appropriate files. I have not been able to get anything more than "no files" to appear in the front end.
The mythbox is on the internet, I am posting from that machine now.
The drive is definitely mounting and I can rw to it from the regular user without issue.
I can see no obvious reason the front/backend would not be able to read files from the directory.
.avi filetype handler is set to 'Internal' in the frontend's setup tools.
Any helping getting this working would be greatly appreciated.
