Smile mysql++ and RedHat9

I'm a newbie to linux. Could somebody help me how to install mysql++ on the RedHat9 and how to compile c++ programs cooperating with mysql++? I have mysql-3.23.56-1.9 installed.

I used mysql++-1.7.9-4.rh9.src.rpm, The last thing I did, was rpm -ivv ..., but I don't know how to continue with patches and with rebuilding the mysql++ conector.

Could somebody help?

Thank you very much.

Thanks at least to all, who looked my thread. I have already found solution in the thread "compiling mysql++ on slackware " and my mysql++ connector is running on my RedHat9 now.
