Again, if your distro doesn't have this command, you should get another one. Unless you somehow flushed it, in which case you need to get it back. It's one of the most basic commands of a *nix system.

If this is a RedHat (Fedora) specific problem, I can't help you with that, either. And the more I search (have you?) and read, the more I read about others having similar problems with Fedora. Just such as this is one reason why I dumped RedHat and got a distro that was less GUI, and more Personal Computer
