Question Mutt under FilePro not sending mail!

We are moving an application from UNIX to LINUX which uses Mutt mail executed from a FilePro program/menu. The problem is when we send the mail nothing happens. I have verified that Mutt is working. My feeling is that the Linux does not have the same file path as the UNIX
has but I did have our Linux admin copy some files from the Unix directories to the Linux with exact names and we still cannot get this to work. Is there a set directory where files for Mutt should reside?
