Music Tagger For Amarok and Apt-Get

I use Amarok for playing audio files, and I noticed that it has a plugin called Musicbrainz to help automatically lookup and edit idv1/3 tags. However, this plugin is not found when I look for it using "apt-cache search" command. There seems to be a convoluted way to install a package call 'picard" which enables Musicbrainz for Amarok, but I would rather use apt to download/install the package and its dependencies.

Any advice on this? Repository information preferred, but is there is another simple way to get this working, I am all ears.

Thank You,

Fortezza
