Music Playing Too Fast


Hi, I have been ripping and encoding music using 'GRIP' but i notice it is playing too fast :S can someone help please. Thank you.

could be an ripping/encoding problem?

Possible factor: the bit rate you used while ripping is not the same bit rate used while playing. Clearly if you are ripping at X bits/sec you would want the playback to also be at X bits/sec -- J.W.

Thanks for all your help, I am using Noatun and XMMS and ripped the music using GRIP. I will try what J.W. said and get back to you.
